Booking data: name, telephone number, e-mail address, pickup and destination address, date and time, flight number, passenger count, luggage and any special requests you send us.

Billing data: company name, address, IČO / DIČ / VAT number, payment details and invoice history.

Communication: the content of e-mails, messages and call records related to your booking.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device and pages visited, collected through server logs and, if you consent, analytics cookies.

Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — arranging and carrying out your transfer, communicating about it and handling changes.

Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) — issuing invoices and keeping accounting and tax records.

Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — security of the website, prevention of misuse, and defending or asserting legal claims.

Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — analytics cookies and, where applicable, marketing messages. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Our booking form runs on a separate white-label platform at go.chauffeurkosice.sk. When you submit a booking there, the data you enter is processed on our behalf by the platform provider acting as a processor under a data-processing agreement. We receive the booking details and use them only for the purposes described above.

We share personal data only where necessary: with the driver carrying out your ride, with partner chauffeur companies when a ride is subcontracted, with our accountants, with the booking platform and hosting providers, and with public authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

Where a provider operates outside the European Economic Area, transfers are based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Booking and communication data: for the duration of the business relationship and up to 3 years afterwards, to handle claims. Accounting and tax documents: 10 years, as required by Slovak law. Website logs: up to 12 months. Data processed on consent: until the consent is withdrawn.

You have the right of access to your data, to rectification, to erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@chauffeurkosice.sk and we will respond within one month.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR), Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures — encrypted transmission, access control and confidentiality obligations for drivers and staff — to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
