2. Scope of services

The provider offers passenger transport with a driver (chauffeur service): business transfers, cross-border transfers, VIP transfers with concierge assistance and hourly driver hire. Vehicles are operated with a professional driver; self-drive rental is not offered.

3. Booking and conclusion of contract

Bookings are placed through the booking platform at go.chauffeurkosice.sk, by telephone or by e-mail. A booking request is not binding until the provider confirms it in writing (e-mail or message) together with the price and the pickup details. That confirmation forms the transport contract.

The client is responsible for the accuracy of the pickup address, time, flight number, passenger count and luggage volume stated in the request.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are agreed in advance as a fixed price for the confirmed route, or as an hourly rate for hourly hire. Unless stated otherwise in the confirmation, the price includes the driver, the vehicle, fuel, tolls, motorway vignettes and the agreed free waiting time. Extra stops, route changes, additional waiting time, parking and ferry or border fees ordered on the day are charged in addition.

Payment is possible in cash, by card or by bank transfer against an invoice. Bank details: Fio banka, IBAN SK2383300000009999999921, BIC FIOZSKBAXXX. Invoices are due within 14 days unless agreed otherwise. The provider is a VAT payer.

5. Cancellation and no-show

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the agreed pickup time are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged at up to 50 % of the agreed price, and cancellations within 3 hours of pickup, or a no-show at the pickup point after the free waiting time has elapsed, at up to 100 %.

For airport pickups the free waiting time is 60 minutes after the actual landing time; for all other pickups it is 30 minutes. Further waiting is charged at the applicable hourly rate.

6. Obligations of passengers

Passengers must carry valid travel documents for every country on the route, use seat belts, follow the driver's safety instructions and refrain from damaging or soiling the vehicle. Smoking, vaping and the transport of illegal substances are prohibited. Child seats are provided free of charge when requested at the time of booking.

The driver may refuse or terminate transport if a passenger is under the influence of alcohol or drugs to a degree that endangers safety, behaves aggressively, or if border authorities refuse entry. In such cases the full price remains payable.

7. Liability

The provider carries statutory motor and passenger insurance. The provider is liable for damage caused by breach of its obligations under applicable Slovak law, but is not liable for delays and consequences caused by circumstances outside its control, such as border queues, traffic accidents, road closures, extreme weather, strikes or force majeure. Where a connection is at risk, the provider will inform the client without delay and propose a solution.

Luggage is transported at the passenger's risk. Passengers should check the cabin and the boot before leaving the vehicle; the provider is not liable for items left behind, but will make reasonable efforts to return them.

8. Complaints

Complaints can be submitted by e-mail to info@chauffeurkosice.sk without undue delay, ideally within 14 days of the ride. The provider will confirm receipt and resolve the complaint within 30 days. Consumers may also use the online dispute resolution platform of the European Commission or turn to the Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI).

9. Booking platform and third parties

The booking form is operated on a separate platform at go.chauffeurkosice.sk. Its provider processes booking data on our behalf as a processor. Details are set out in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law and changes

These terms and all contracts concluded under them are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. Disputes are decided by the competent courts of the Slovak Republic. The provider may amend these terms; the version published on this page at the time of booking applies to that booking.
